Raced in second - ridden and led narrowly under 2f out - faced challenge over 1f out - ran on well towards finish - all out (trainer said - regarding the apparent improvement in form - that her charge ran flat at Galway on the 25th July and Lynn Hillyer - IHRB veterinary officer had liaised with her on the day and subsequently she was satisfied to run her charge here at Dundalk on the 15th August but ran flat again; two days later gelding was taken to a veterinary clinic for a thorough examination and a displaced colon and enlarged spleen were diagnosed; she believed that this was an underlying problem for a while and following further scanning she was satisfied to run her charge here tonight; she admitted to the stewards that she was not aware that she had to report the veterinary finding that had affected her charge's performances; having considered the evidence - stewards were satisfied that there was a breach of Rule 213 and referred the matter to the referrals committee)(op 40/1)
