Chased leader - lost position 2 out - ridden and weakened approaching last(op 4/1 tchd 5/1)

Midfield - headway and chased leaders 3 out - ridden and weakened before last(op 17/2 tchd 7/1 and 9/1)

Towards rear - soon cajoled along - blundered 2nd - headway 12th - pushed along and mistake 3 out - soon weakened - beaten when nearly fell last - heavily eased (an enquiry was held into why Danny Cook completed the course after the gelding slipped on landing after the final fence and ground to a standstill with the rider still on board. Cook was interviewed and shown recordings of the incident - the Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination found the gelding to be slightly lame right hind. Cook explained that he walked the gelding for several strides and then proceeded to trot before allowing the gelding to canter up the run in at his own pace. He further added that at no stage did the gelding feel in any discomfort or show any signs of lameness)(op 13/2 tchd 17/2)

Towards rear - not fluent 4th - slow jump 7th - lost touch 3 out - soon pulled up(op 40/1)

Chased leaders - lost ground 10th - pulled up before 11th (jockey said gelding was unsuited by the Good to Soft - Soft in places ground on this occasion and would prefer a sounder surface)(op 5/1)
